2010 Walnut Creek City EZREG Information

The City of Walnut Creek is providing all registration services for WCSC this year.

The following insructions provide a step-by-step process for paying online, but it requires paying the fees by credit card. If you wish to pay with cash or by check you will need to visit the City of Walnut Creek Leisure Services office located near Heather Farm on San Carlos Rd.

  1. Go to ezreg.walnutcreekrec.org. Click on the "My Account" tab.
  2. If you know your Login ID and Family PIN, enter them. Go to Step 4. If you don't have an account, you must call the city to set up your family account: (925) 943-5858, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If you have an account, but don't remember the Login ID and Family PIN, click on the "Email me my ID & PIN" link. You will need to know your e-mail address as registered with the City of Walnut Creek Rec. Enter your e-mail address, click "Go!" then go to Step 3. If you don't know what e-mail is registered with the City, you must call. See above.
  3. Wait for an e-mail with your family ID and PIN. When you receive it, start over at Step 1.
  4. After your first successful login you see a page listing of "Clients". You have an option to change your ID to something you might remember better. There is no way to change the PIN/password at this time.
  5. Click on the "Activities" tab. Then click on Aquatics. Optionally, you can click on the "Swim Teams" link. In either case, the "classes" for WCSC are listed as a "Spring Program" and a "Summer Program".
  6. You can put either one or both classes in your basket. However, you can not check out with only the Spring class in your basket. The Summer Program is a "prerequisite" to taking the Spring class.
  7. Click on the class. Click on the course title below the class number to see details.
  8. Click on the "Add" button to add a swimmer.
  9. Choose a client from the pop-up menu under "Client/Team".
  10. Repeat steps 7, 8 and 9 until all swimmers and programs have been put in your basket.
  11. When you're done, click on "Checkout".
  12. Enter information and process your payment.
  13. If valid, you get approval after a minute or so.
  14. If you want to get an e-mail receipt, look under "My Account" and then under the "Client Name" and then click on the "Email Receipt" button.
  15. Click logout and you're done. That was easy, right? :-)
